I can’t disagree because I’ve been art blocked for close to 3 months now. I feel like everything is proportionally wrong in some aspect. Tho, ‘way off’ might be a wee bit of an exaggeration, anon.

I’m not entirely sure about the first part because i’ve never shown any interest in being ‘adored and reblogged’. I don’t really think being ‘tumblr famous’ has to do with anything. Not that I am. That’s silliness imho, I’m another user, just like everyone else on here. I don’t need notes to feel validated, because I’m drawing for myself.

Besides, if I wanted to be adored and reblogged, I wouldn’t draw DickTim haha, I’d draw the ‘popular pairings’ Unfortunately tho, I tend to draw what I’m personally interested in, and defer now and again to draw other pairs for friends.

I’m also not looking for anyone to tell me this isn’t true, because the fact of the matter is, I agree with parts. The block will pass, but I’m not going to stop drawing and wait until it’s gone. I’m gonna keep drawing through it.

And if people don’t like the subpar art. They honestly don’t have to look at it.

Can I just add in here that no one who reads this should send ANYTHING negative to the blog that put this up, because they are not the person that said it AND, most importantly, there is truth in this. They’re not wrong.

Opinions are just that - opinions.
